Our Shipping Policy
Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Special customer requested custom made design orders take 1-2 weeks to deliver since most products are hand painted or hand made. We have a flat shipping rate of $6.75 in all U.S. territories except Alaska & Hawaii (rates may vary).
Returns/ Refunds
If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase and would like a refund; simply return the item within fourteen (14) business days of receipt. Please contact us via e-mail at [email protected] for a Return Authorization Number.
Items must be returned in their original condition (damage free) . Items that are damaged, worn or soiled will not be refunded. Buyers are required to ship items in a secure mailer. Once again if the product has been worn and damaged, the purchase will no longer be refundable. We do not refund shipping costs.
